Using a deep pan, add enough oil to submerge the lumpia. Heat over medium-high heat. PROTIP: Dip a wooden spoon in the oil, if the edges start to bubble, you're ready to go.
Fry for no longer than 2 minutes. Rest lumpia for 3 minutes and enjoy!
BAKED
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until golden brown. Rest lumpia for 3 minutes and enjoy!
